2010 Program Timeline

February - June 2010	Program promotion and awareness campaign.
June 18, 2010	Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (for paper surveys and ordered reports).
July 2010	Payment is due within 30 days after registration (if applicable).
June 23, 2010	A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email address for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is June 25^th (online option only).
June 25, 2010	Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only). A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies. The EQ must be completed by your company in order to be considered for the list.
July 9, 2010	Paper version of the employee survey, postage-paid return envelopes, and other process details and instructions are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).
July 16, 2010	Completed employer questionnaires (EQ) are due.
July 23, 2010	Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey invitations are sent via email (online option only).
July 28, 2010	Deadline for paper version of the employee survey. Surveys must be postmarked by this date (paper option only).
August 6, 2010	Deadline to complete all online employee surveys (online option only).
September 13, 2010	BCG prepares and issues congratulatory and non-winner notification letters to the participants.
October 2010	The BCG Participation Reports and Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to participating companies.
October 18, 2010 October 25, 2010	Event date for “Best Places to Work in Healthcare.” Publication date for "Best Places to Work in Healthcare."
